In July, I conducted the first seminar as a preceptor; the choice of topic for work was dictated by questions that came from time to time from Students of our school and related to the analysis of a particular situation.

But it is important to remember that all situations that arise in our field are the result of our way of thinking and behavior. External work to change current circumstances must always be accompanied by internal changes, because It is internal processes that give rise to external ones.
Each of us, consciously or not, collects the Agreement in which he lives. The transition to a new state is a change in the previous Agreement. The magician’s task is to build a personal Agreement that will not contradict the Agreement of the System, otherwise the System will remove this element that disrupts the order, destroy it, and you will have to create the Agreement anew, but on the principles of harmony with the World, and so far you will not be able to cope. And secondly, you should feel comfortable in your personal Agreement, this is when your space works for you, for your goals, development, and you feel good, there is no tension.
Events or situations are needed in order to develop a quality that is not yet in our arsenal. This may be a task for this incarnation, or there may be lessons not learned in the past, and the new personality will have to understand and complete this experience. All our negative situations signal where our point of growth is, where it is necessary to develop a quality that does not exist now, and which will help to build up to the whole, highlight negative programs and attitudes in the mind that we need to get rid of.
All beats exist on a horizontal level, from the position of the Self, when there is a duality of Me and He, Me and They, Me and Circumstances, etc. There are many such personalities, each with their own Law. We are all like bricks in a pyramid. And everyone can be considered as I, as a separate brick, or as an Egregor: family, clan, work team, company, etc., like the whole pyramid. And in the team another Agreement is being implemented - We. And this Agreement must also strive to be harmonious, otherwise this egregor will not last long. To resolve the situation that arose during horizontal interaction, it is necessary to switch vertically from the I Agreement to the We Agreement, tune in to a more senior and harmonious signal and project this agreement onto the participants.
